Sales Admin

Responsibilities:
- Recording the daily sales reports for each trip.
- Follow-up of warehouse balances and preparing a report on products requests from the store.
- Maintain communication with existing clients and new clients, to measure satisfaction.
- Establishing and updating visits and visiting reports for local sales on a regular basis.
- Participate in preparing the weekly and monthly sales plan.
- Gather and analyze sales data to support in making strategic business decisions that allow the department to increase productivity and success.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor of Business Administration or equivalent
- Proficiency in the English language.
- Proficiency in dealing with MS Office (word, Excel, etc.) and computer programs.
- Possessing communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Good analytical and statistical skills
